chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix butter with sugar and brown sugar in a mixing bowl
Add in egg and vanilla extract
Mix until smooth
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl
Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into your dough being careful not to over mix
Stir in chocolate chips with a spoon
Refrigerate your dough for 15-30 minutes *(This is an important step for a fluffy end result!)
Cookies will bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees
Allow them to cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes after removing them from the oven
This recipe makes around 18 normal-sized cookies! Enjoy!
