Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad is such a great side dish for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 handful of dried cranberries
  • 5 pieces of crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 TBSP of white vinegar

Instructions

  • chop broccoli and add to a bowl
  • add cheese, bacon, sunflower seeds, green onions, and cranberries to the broccoli
  • in a separate bowl add mayo, sugar, vinegar and stir together
  • add mayo mixture to the broccoli
  • let chill in refrigerator for a couple hours before serving
