Cut chicken into cubes and season with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a container.
Dredge chicken into the flour/seasoning mixture(salt,pepper,paprika,garlic powder, Italian seasoning).
In a skillet heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and it reaches 165 degrees.
Top with 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir well until chicken is well coated in cheese. Remove chicken from the pan.
Turn heat to medium. Pour in one bag of frozen tortellini and top with a jar of pasta sauce and about 1/4 cup of water. Cover with a lid and let cook for about 5 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
Top with shredded mozzarella and the cooked chicken. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Enjoy!
