Mix together about 1 cup of whipped cream cheese and chopped pickled jalapeños. Form ground beef into 6 balls and set aside.
Cook bacon on the griddle over medium high heat. Spread mayo on the buns and toast them until golden brown.
Once bacon and the buns are cooked remove them from the griddle and set aside.
Add burgers to the griddle and use a burger press or spatula to smash them down. Season burgers with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once a crust has formed on the bottom of the burgers flip them over.
Once burgers are cooked to your liking, top each burger with a slice of cheese. Add jalapeño cream cheese mixture to the top bun. Build burgers with two patties, the bacon, BBQ sauce, and some fresh sliced jalapeño.
Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
Notes
This recipe makes 3 doubles, but you can make more burgers by using more ground beef!
