Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks
  • Steak Seasoning
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp each of oregano and thyme
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 16 oz pasta I used Rigatoni

Instructions

  • Season steak with steak seasoning (I usually use Montreal or Strawberry’s Grand Champion Steak Shake). Start boiling a pot of water for the pasta.
  • In a skillet heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat. Cook steak about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Take the steak out of the skillet and put aside.
  • Add pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook according to directions on the box.
  • Remove all but about 2 tbsp of the butter/drippings from the pan. Add 1 tbsp of flour. Stir well and let cook for at least a minute.
  • Add garlic and chicken broth to the skillet. Lower heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme and sun dried tomatoes.
  • Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Once the pasta is ready, add to the skillet of sauce. Slice up steaks and add to the pasta.Top with more Parmesan cheese.
  • Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
