Season steak with steak seasoning (I usually use Montreal or Strawberry’s Grand Champion Steak Shake). Start boiling a pot of water for the pasta.
In a skillet heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat. Cook steak about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Take the steak out of the skillet and put aside.
Add pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook according to directions on the box.
Remove all but about 2 tbsp of the butter/drippings from the pan. Add 1 tbsp of flour. Stir well and let cook for at least a minute.
Add garlic and chicken broth to the skillet. Lower heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme and sun dried tomatoes.
Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Once the pasta is ready, add to the skillet of sauce. Slice up steaks and add to the pasta.Top with more Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
