1/4tspeach of salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and paprika
1tspof stone ground mustard
1tspof Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2cupsof shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Mix pizza crust with 1/2 cup of hot water and form into a ball. Brush with olive oil and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut the dough into about 16 bite sized pieces (I cut the dough ball into 3 long pieces and then cut bite sized pieces). Bring a pot of water to a boil. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of baking soda a little bit at a time (if you pour in too much at once it may boil over).
Boil pretzel bites in baking soda and boiling water for 30 seconds. I boiled them in a couple of batches so they weren’t too crowded. Brush with butter and sprinkle salt on top. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Dip in beer cheese dip and enjoy!
Beer Cheese Dip
Melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Pour in beer and stir until it thickens. Add milk, all seasonings, mustard, and Worcestershire. Stir well and add cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and smooth.
