Cut chicken into strips. Add about 1 tbsp of olive oil to the griddle over medium heat. Add chicken and season with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook chicken until cooked through. Turn off the heat and cover chicken in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce. I use just enough sauce to coat the chicken. I didn't measure, but probably used about 1/4 cup.
Lay out some flour tortillas on the griddle and top each one with a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with the chicken and some shredded Parmesan cheese.
Add shredded lettuce and Pico de Gallo on top of each taco and enjoy!
