Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pico de Gallo

Make Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tacos

To start making this recipe, start with one pound of chicken breasts. Cut the chicken into skinny little strips.

Next, add about 1 tbsp of olive oil to the griddle over medium heat. Add chicken and season with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Seasoned Chicken

Cook chicken until cooked through. Turn off the heat and cover chicken in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce.

I use just enough sauce to coat the chicken. I didn’t measure the sauce, but probably used about 1/4 cup of the sauce.

Lay out some small street taco size flour tortillas on the griddle and top each one with a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Cheesy Tortillas

Once the cheese starts to melt, top with the chicken and some shredded Parmesan cheese.

Serve Chicken Tacos

Once the tacos are built, top them with some shredded lettuce and Pico de Gallo. I served these with some easy rice, but they would also be good with fries or some chips and salsa.
