1/2tspeach salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
1tspsmoked paprika
1/4tspred pepper flakes
Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce
1cupshredded Colby Jack cheese
6piecesof cooked chopped bacon
3chopped green onions
1diced Roma tomato
Instructions
Cut 1 lb of chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Melt 1-2 tbsp of butter. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
Once chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, add some BBQ sauce on top of each piece of chicken. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and cooked chopped bacon.
Bake in the oven under broil for just a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. Top with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
