Southwest Ranch Chicken Tacos

This is a quick and simple taco recipe to switch up Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 TBSP of butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, and dried cilantro
  • 8 Fajita size Flour tortillas
  • Shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Southwest Ranch sauce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • Cut chicken up into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tbsp of butter and add the chicken to the skillet.
  • Season the chicken with salt, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried cilantro, and black pepper. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
  • Once chicken is fully cooked drain any extra grease and remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in some Southwest Ranch sauce and heat up the flour tortillas. Add enough Southwest Ranch to coat the chicken.
  • Build tacos with the chicken, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Serve with more of the Southwest Ranch sauce or some sour cream. Enjoy!
