Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken Tenders

Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken Tenders

This is an easy and delicious dinner recipe the whole family will enjoy!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Course: Dinner
Cuisine: American
Keyword: bacon wrapped chicken tenders
Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 lb bacon
  • Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce
  • 24 oz baby potatoes
  • 16 oz broccoli
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • First, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the baby potatoes. Boil until the potatoes are just starting to be fork tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
  • Season chicken tenders with Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning (or your favorite seasoning). Wrap one piece of regular cut bacon around the chicken tender. Place bacon wrapped chicken on a sheet pan. For crispier bacon, use a wire wrack on a sheet pan.
  • In a second sheet pan add potatoes, broccoli, and olive oil. Season with more Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning. Stir together well to make sure everything is coated in oil and seasoning.
  • Bake the chicken and veggies at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Remove the pan of veggies from the oven and turn your oven to broil. Broil the bacon wrapped chicken for a few minutes. Brush the chicken with Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ sauce and pop back in the oven for just a minute.
  • Top the veggies with some Parmesan cheese and enjoy! We dipped the bacon wrapped chicken in some ranch dressing.

Notes

Cooking times may vary as all ovens cook differently. I recommend checking the veggies at the 25 minute mark and removing them from the oven if needed. After the chicken has baked for 30 minutes, broil it until the bacon is crispy. Keep an eye on it, so it doesn't burn.
