Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Baked Macaroni and Cheese is easy to make and so good!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup of butter half a stick
  • 2 cups of Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, dry mustard, and paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the elbow macaroni following directions on the box. Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl.
  • Cube butter and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour half of the pasta into the baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cubes of Velveeta and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Pour half of the egg/milk mixture on top and sprinkle on half of the garlic powder, black pepper, dry mustard, and paprika.
  • Repeat the layers one more time. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes stirring one time half way through. Enjoy!
