Ingredients
16ozelbow macaroni
1/4cupof butterhalf a stick
2cupsof Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
2cupsof shredded cheddar cheese
1egg
2 1/2cupsof milk
1tspgarlic powder, dry mustard, and paprika
1/2tspblack pepper
Instructions
Boil the elbow macaroni following directions on the box. Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl.
Cube butter and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour half of the pasta into the baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cubes of Velveeta and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Pour half of the egg/milk mixture on top and sprinkle on half of the garlic powder, black pepper, dry mustard, and paprika.
Repeat the layers one more time. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes stirring one time half way through. Enjoy!
