Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef and an onion. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Drain off any extra grease.
Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Arby’s sauce. Stir everything together well. Let simmer on low for a couple of minutes.
Toast your onion buns in a separate skillet and heat up some nacho cheese sauce.
Build the sandwiches on the toasted buns with a scoop of the sloppy Joe mixture, top with crispy onions, and add some nacho cheese to the top bun. Enjoy!

This recipe makes at least 6 sandwiches depending on how full you fill them with the Sloppy Joe mixture.
