This is an easy and delicious dinner recipe that you can make with a pound of ground beef!

Beef and Cheddar Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder and paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup Arby’s sauce
  • Onion buns
  • Crispy fried onions
  • Nacho cheese sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef and an onion. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Drain off any extra grease.
  • Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Arby’s sauce. Stir everything together well. Let simmer on low for a couple of minutes.
  • Toast your onion buns in a separate skillet and heat up some nacho cheese sauce.
  • Build the sandwiches on the toasted buns with a scoop of the sloppy Joe mixture, top with crispy onions, and add some nacho cheese to the top bun. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes at least 6 sandwiches depending on how full you fill them with the Sloppy Joe mixture.
