Ingredients

  • 8 count Garlic Toast
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp each paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 6 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Dried parsley

Instructions

  • If you don’t have any bacon leftover from breakfast, cook your bacon however you’d like! I like baking it in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for about 25 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken to the skillet with some olive oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Cook the garlic toast according to the directions on the box. Once it’s cooked, top with the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, shredded cheese, and some bacon. Put them back in the oven just to melt the cheese. Top with dried parsley. Enjoy!!
