Season your steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and a generous amount of your favorite steak seasoning.
Get your skillet over medium heat and add in the oil and butter.
Let your steaks cook for about 5 minutes per side for a medium steak, basting with the melted butter and oil as the steaks cook.
Once your steaks are cooked to your liking pull them from the pan and set them aside tenting them with some foil.
Then you're going to add your pasta to a pot of boiling water cooking that according to the directions on the box.
Next, add the minced garlic and chicken broth into the same pan that you cooked the steaks in.
Lower the heat and add in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
Season your sauce with red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Continue cooking and stirring the sauce until it reaches your desired thickness (you can add a little bit of pasta water if needed to thicken it)
Once your pasta is ready, drain it and pour it into your sauce stirring it well to coat all the pasta.
Then just slice up your steaks and place thin slices over the top of each plate of pasta topping with some fresh parmesan.
Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
