Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks
  • Kinder’s Buttery Steak Seasoning You can also sub this with your favorite steak seasoning!
  • Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning salt, pepper, garlic
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp each of oregano and thyme
  • 1/3 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz box of pasta I used Rigatoni

Instructions

  • Season your steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and a generous amount of your favorite steak seasoning.
  • Get your skillet over medium heat and add in the oil and butter.
  • Let your steaks cook for about 5 minutes per side for a medium steak, basting with the melted butter and oil as the steaks cook.
  • Once your steaks are cooked to your liking pull them from the pan and set them aside tenting them with some foil.
  • Then you're going to add your pasta to a pot of boiling water cooking that according to the directions on the box.
  • Next, add the minced garlic and chicken broth into the same pan that you cooked the steaks in.
  • Lower the heat and add in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season your sauce with red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Continue cooking and stirring the sauce until it reaches your desired thickness (you can add a little bit of pasta water if needed to thicken it)
  • Once your pasta is ready, drain it and pour it into your sauce stirring it well to coat all the pasta.
  • Then just slice up your steaks and place thin slices over the top of each plate of pasta topping with some fresh parmesan.
  • Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
