These crockpot meatballs are easy to make, delicious, and have all of the flavors of Marry Me Chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen Italian style meatballs store-bought or homemade
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp each pepper, oregano, thyme
  • 1 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes drained
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Dried parsley

Instructions

  • Add frozen meatballs to a crockpot with one jar of Alfredo sauce. Season with pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add chopped sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and milk. Stir everything well.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours. Stir every once in a while if you can. Top meatballs with more Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta. Enjoy!

  • I use my homemade meatball recipe and keep them in the freezer for easy recipes like this one.
  • Store-bought Italian style frozen meatballs can be used. Frozen chicken meatballs would also be good in this recipe.
  • This dish has a tiny bit of heat to it. To cut down on the spice you can omit the red pepper flakes and black pepper. You could also add more Alfredo sauce or milk.
  • All crockpots cook differently. In my crockpot, this recipe is best cooked on low for about 4 hours.
  • If your crockpot gets too hot the sauce may start to separate. If that happens or the sauce gets too thick stir in some extra milk and stir right before serving.
