Easy Homemade Meatballs

This homemade meatball recipe is one my family has been making for years! These meatballs can be used in many different dishes and freeze well!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb original breakfast sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 TBSP each of garlic powder Italian seasoning, and paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl being sure not to overwork or squeeze the meat mixture. Not overworking them will help keep them tender.
  • Gently form meatballs and put on a rack on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy! This is our go to meatball recipe and we love having them ready to go in the freezer! I get about 55 meatballs from this recipe, but it really depends on how big you make them.
