add chicken to a slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley flakes
add onion, celery, carrots, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and chicken broth
cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
shred/cut up chicken
cut tortillas into smaller pieces and put them in a zip lock bag
shake tortillas in the bag with 1 TBSP of flour
pour tortillas and flour into the crockpot
let cook for about 30 minutes
I like to taste it once it’s cooked and add a little bit of seasoning salt if needed at the end
serve
