Cook your ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with a chopped onion.
Season the beef with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Kinder’s Caramelized Onion seasoning and let cook until browned.
Drain any extra grease from the skillet.
Slice your King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and put the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. *Pro tip, if you keep your knuckles on the cutting board as you cut your rolls will be cut evenly!
Add a layer of white American cheese to the bottom buns.
Add the ground beef and onion mixture on top of the cheese.
Drizzle some thousand island dressing or burger sauce over the top of the beef before adding another layer of cheese.
Add on the Colby Jack cheese and top with pickles. *The second layer of cheese is optional, but it does help hold the sliders together once the cheese has melted!
Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush them with melted butter.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Bake these at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted!
Enjoy!
