Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • Kings Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns 9 count
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder and parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Au jus seasoning packet + water
  • 8 provolone cheese slices
  • 1 lb roast beef
  • Crispy fried onions

Instructions

  • Spread 3 tbsp of softened butter all over the insides of King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns. Season the buns with garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt. Bake the buns in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes, or until nice and toasted!
  • Combine the Au Jus seasoning packet with water following the directions on the package. Heat on the stove until hot. Add at least 18 slices (I used about half the container) of roast beef to the Au Jus and let the meat warm up. You can really use as much meat on these as you’d like!
  • Once the buns are toasted, add 4 slices of provolone cheese, the roast beef (be sure to let some of the Au Jus drain off of the meat), and 4 more slices of provolone cheese. Top with a couple of handfuls of the crispy fried onions.
  • Put them back in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese. Add the tops of the buns to the sliders and serve with the Au Jus. Enjoy!
