Chop the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño into small pieces. It helps to try your best to chop everything into about the same size.
Add those to a bowl. Chop 1/2 a bunch of cilantro and add that to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of two limes into the mixture. Season to taste with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Refrigerate until ready to eat!
