Fresh Pico de Gallo

This Pico de Gallo recipe is easy to make and so good!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large jalapeños
  • 1/2 a bunch of cilantro
  • 2 limes squeezed
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño into small pieces. It helps to try your best to chop everything into about the same size.
  • Add those to a bowl. Chop 1/2 a bunch of cilantro and add that to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of two limes into the mixture. Season to taste with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat!
