These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sandwiches are easy to make and so delicious!

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce I used just enough to coat the chicken
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • 8 pieces of cooked bacon
  • shredded parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon however you'd like! I prefer to bake it on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Drain any extra grease when it is finished cooking.
  • Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Now you will have four pieces of chicken.
  • Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika on both sides.
  • Heat a large skillet with 1 tbsp of oil OR butter and quickly sear chicken in the skillet on both sides. This won’t fully cook the chicken.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and brush on some of the Garlic Parmesan Sauce on top of each piece of chicken. I just use enough of the sauce to coat each piece.
  • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
  • While the chicken finishes cooking, melt a little bit of butter in a skillet and toast the buns.
  • Top the cooked chicken with shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Build the sandwiches by adding chicken and bacon to the buns.
  • Enjoy! This recipe made four sandwiches, but you could easily use more chicken to make as many sandwiches as you need.
