Griddle Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli

This is a super easy and delicious dinner recipe that uses minimal ingredients and cooks in 30 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs NY Strip Steak sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Steak seasoning
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Chop about 4 cups of broccoli and slice an onion. Chop 2 green onions and set aside. Next, slice your steak into thin strips.
  • Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and onion to one side of the griddle with a little bit of olive oil. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and let the broccoli start to cook down.
  • Next, add the steak to the other side of the griddle with some olive oil. Season with your favorite steak seasoning. I would about 1 tbsp of steak seasoning.
  • Once the steak is cooked how you like it add 1/4 -1/3 cup of Buffalo Wild Wing’s Teriyaki sauce. I used just enough sauce to coat the steak. Stir in 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  • Stir the steak, broccoli, and onions together. Top them with more Teriyaki sauce if needed, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve as is or over some white rice. Enjoy!
