Chop about 4 cups of broccoli and slice an onion. Chop 2 green onions and set aside. Next, slice your steak into thin strips.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and onion to one side of the griddle with a little bit of olive oil. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and let the broccoli start to cook down.
Next, add the steak to the other side of the griddle with some olive oil. Season with your favorite steak seasoning. I would about 1 tbsp of steak seasoning.
Once the steak is cooked how you like it add 1/4 -1/3 cup of Buffalo Wild Wing’s Teriyaki sauce. I used just enough sauce to coat the steak. Stir in 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
Stir the steak, broccoli, and onions together. Top them with more Teriyaki sauce if needed, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve as is or over some white rice. Enjoy!
