Cook at least 6 pieces of bacon and chop into small pieces. Boil one pound of pasta according to the directions on the package.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Pour the cooked pasta into the bottom of the baking dish.
Add 1 lb of cooked chicken, 2 jars of Alfredo sauce, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes. Add some of the mozzarella cheese and some of the bacon and stir everything together well.
Top with a little bit more cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes. Top with some dried parsley and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
Any cooked chicken shredded or cut into cubes will work for this recipe. A Rotisserie chicken would make this even easier!
