Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease from the meat.
Next, add the minced garlic, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Stir well. Add the uncooked pasta, beef broth, and the can of tomato sauce to the skillet.
Bring to a quick boil then turn the heat down to low. Cover with a lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes stirring once or twice to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
Once the pasta is cooked add the shredded cheese and milk. Stir everything together well and top with the chopped green onions. Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
