This Parmesan Garlic Chicken is an easy and delicious dinner recipe that is made in one pan!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Course: Dinner
Cuisine: American
Keyword: One Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts butterflied and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 5 oz Garlic Butter flavored croutons crushed
  • Dried parsley

Instructions

  • First, cut 1 lb of chicken in half horizontally to make them thinner. Season the chicken on both sides with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Go ahead and crush about 4-5oz of croutons and set them aside. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Heat a large oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add some oil to the skillet and sear the seasoned chicken on both sides for a few minutes.
  • Once the chicken is seared, brush a little bit of Parmesan Garlic sauce onto each piece of chicken. I used just enough of the sauce to coat the chicken. Add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese to each piece of chicken and top with the crushed croutons.
  • Place the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees F.
  • Top the chicken with some dried parsley and enjoy!
