First, cut 1 lb of chicken in half horizontally to make them thinner. Season the chicken on both sides with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Go ahead and crush about 4-5oz of croutons and set them aside. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat a large oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add some oil to the skillet and sear the seasoned chicken on both sides for a few minutes.
Once the chicken is seared, brush a little bit of Parmesan Garlic sauce onto each piece of chicken. I used just enough of the sauce to coat the chicken. Add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese to each piece of chicken and top with the crushed croutons.
Place the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees F.
Top the chicken with some dried parsley and enjoy!
