Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Slice an onion into thin pieces. Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Add some oil to the griddle and add the onions. Lay out 6 pieces of bacon next to the onions.
Once the bacon is cooked remove it from the griddle to drain any grease. Add the chicken to the griddle where the bacon grease was. Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F and is golden brown on both sides.
Brush the chicken with Parmesan Garlic sauce. Top with the cooked onions, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon. Cover with a griddle dome for just a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. Enjoy!
