Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Course: Dinner
Cuisine: American
Keyword: Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • Grillo’s Pickles or any dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
  • 6 pieces American cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded colby jack cheese
  • 6 strips of cooked bacon crumbled
  • Crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • If you don't have any leftover bacon from breakfast, cook your bacon in the oven on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake it at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Once cooked, drain the grease and set it aside.
  • Make the pickle ranch by combining mayo, ranch seasoning, milk, and 1/3 cup chopped Grillo’s pickles. Add a splash of the pickle juice and stir. Set in the refrigerator to thicken.
  • Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet. Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  • Lay out the American cheese. Add the ground beef on top of the cheese. Top the ground beef with some of the pickle ranch and the shredded colby jack cheese. Top with crumbled bacon, Grillo’s Pickles and the crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers if desired.
  • Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy! Serve with more of the pickle ranch!

Notes

  • I used the salad topping called crunchy pickle flavored cucumbers for a nice crunch on these. If you can't find them at your local grocery store you can leave them off.
  • I used a 12 count package of King’s Hawaiian rolls and these sliders were loaded! To stretch ingredients and serve more people you could split the meat mixture between two packs of rolls and use more cheese to make more sliders.
  • I really like the flavor of the Grillo's pickles for this recipe, but you can use any dill pickles you have.
  • If you don't have any bacon leftover from breakfast, feel free to use some bacon bits to keep the recipe super easy.
