Start by chopping the broccoli, onions, peppers, and a pineapple into chunks.
Add all veggies to a sheet pan. Add some olive oil and season with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir everything together well.
Add some oil to the pork tenderloins and season on both sides with the blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork tenderloins to the middle of the sheet pan. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until the veggies are cooked how you like them and the pork tenderloin temps at 145 degrees F. You can also broil the sheet pan meal for a couple of minutes if desired!
Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the pork tenderloin and place it back in the oven for just a few minutes. I used just enough sauce to cover the pork tenderloin.
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices and serve with the veggies and pineapple over white rice. Top with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
