Stir together sugar, soy sauce, oil, minced garlic, and vinegar.
In a different bowl add the bag of coleslaw, almonds or peanuts, chopped green onions, and Chow Mein noodles. You can use as many of the Chow Mein noodles as you’d like.
Pour dressing over slaw, mix together well, and serve!
Notes
This recipe is best served right away. Leftovers will get soggy. It still tastes good, but it will absorb the liquid the longer it sits.
