Baby Baked Potatoes

Baby baked potatoes are an easy appetizer perfect for any party!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz bite size potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon
  • French Onion Dip
  • Green onions

Instructions

  • Add bite size potatoes to a bowl and drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil. Season with some salt and toss potatoes until they are well coated. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until your potatoes are fork tender (cooking time depends on how small the potatoes are).
  • Carefully slice open each potato and add a little pinch of shredded cheese. Top each one with some chopped bacon. Pop back in the oven to melt the cheese if needed.
  • Top baby baked potatoes with some chopped green onions. Serve with French Onion Dip, Sour Cream, or Ranch. You could even add the dip to a piping bag or zip lock bag and drizzle it over the potatoes! Enjoy!
