Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are an easy and delicious side dish recipe the whole family enjoys!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Course: dinner side dish
Cuisine: American
Keyword: baked recipe, Garlic Parmesan Potatoes, side dish recipe
Servings: 4 people

Equipment

  • 1 Oven

Ingredients

  • 5 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Buffalo Wild Wing's Garlic Parmesan Sauce (just enough to top the potatoes)
  • 2 Chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Scrub potatoes and chop into smaller pieces. You can peel them if you would like, but I kind of like them with the peel still on.
  • Add chopped potatoes to a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on top of potatoes. I don't use exact measurements for the seasonings. Add as much as you'd like, but make sure you add enough to coat the potatoes.
  • Add the minced garlic and toss until everything is well coated in oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the potatoes out evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes minutes flipping or stirring half way through.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked to your liking top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pop back in the oven just until the cheese melts.
  • After the cheese is melted top the cheesy potatoes with Garlic Parmesan Sauce and chopped green onions.

Notes

Cooking times can vary depending on how your oven cooks and how small the potatoes are cut.
