Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients

- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Buffalo Wild Wing’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 2 Chopped green onions
How to Make Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
To make the Garlic Parmesan Potatoes, start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Get out about 5 medium sized russet potatoes and scrub/wash the potatoes.
You can peel the potatoes or leave the peel on the potatoes. I like to leave the peel on the potatoes for this recipe. Once the potatoes are washed, cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Pour cut potatoes into a large bowl and season well with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. I don’t use exact measurements for this recipe, just make sure the potatoes are well coated in seasoning.
Next, add 1 TBSP of minced garlic to the potatoes and toss well to make sure everything is coated.
Once all of the potatoes are seasoned, go ahead and pour the potatoes out evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Be sure to spread the potatoes out in an even layer to ensure they cook evenly. The potatoes cook in the oven at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked to your liking. Cooking times will vary depending on how your oven cooks and how small the potatoes were cut.
Once the potatoes are golden brown remove them from the oven and top them with some shredded mozzarella cheese. Put the potatoes back in the oven just until the cheese is melts. This only takes a few minutes!
Serve Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Take the baked garlic Parmesan potatoes back out of the oven and top them with Buffalo Wild Wing’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce and some chopped green onions! I don’t use a ton of the Garlic Parmesan Sauce because it does have a little bit of a kick to it. I use just enough to top the potatoes, but not drench them in sauce. Now they are ready to eat!
We had these baked garlic Parmesan potatoes with some Crispy Baked Chicken and steamed Brussels sprouts. They would also be a great side to smash burgers or any grilled or smoked meat!

- I used freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, but any cheese would work for this recipe.

- In my oven the potatoes are cooked at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, but cooking times can vary depending on how your oven cooks and how small the potatoes were cut.
