Peel, wash the potatoes, and cut them up into cubes. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part). Just be sure they are well coated in oil and seasoning.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook.
While the potatoes cook, cut your steak into thin pieces. If you struggle with cutting the steak you can place the steaks in the freezer for about 30 minutes before slicing them.
Once the potatoes have about 12 minutes left heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak, and season with 1 tbsp of your favorite steak seasoning. Cook until it’s done to your liking.
Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the skillet and cook the peppers and onions. Once they are soft add 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet.
Once the potatoes are crispy, mix them in with the cooked steak and top with about 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover with the lid or place in the oven at 400 degrees F for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
Once the mozzarella cheese has melted, top the whole skillet with warmed Cheese Whiz. I din't measure the Cheese Whiz, you can top it with as much or as little as you'd like! Enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have an air fryer, the potatoes can cook in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Sometimes they take a little bit longer to get crispy in the oven, but it helps to stir/flip them around a couple of times while they cook.
