Brown ground beef in a skillet with a chopped onion.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Chop pepperoni into fourths.
Once the ground beef is mostly browned add 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni to the middle of the skillet and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Drain grease from pepperoni and ground beef.
Add minced garlic, beef broth, marinara, milk, and pasta.
Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Cover with a lid and simmer on medium low heat for about 15 minutes (stirring a couple times).
Once pasta is cooked add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and stir.
Top with 1 cup of cheese and let sit on the stove until it melts or pop it under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
Top with dried parsley and serve. Enjoy!
