If you are making the Airy Fryer Baby Potatoes, cut 1 bag of baby potatoes into quarters. Add them to a bowl with some oil and season with Lakeshore Shallot & Herb seasoning. Pour the potatoes into an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
Cut 2 lbs of steak into cubes. Lay the steak out on a cutting board and pat it dry with paper towels. Season the steak well with steak seasoning.
Heat a large skillet with a little bit of oil over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot add the steak in a single layer (work in batches so the pan isn’t crowded). Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
In a separate pan, melt 6 tbsp of butter with the minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, smoked paprika, onion powder, and dried parsley. Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
Top the steak with parsley. You can pour the cowboy butter over the steak bites or you can keep it on the side for dipping! Enjoy!
