Servings: 4 people

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Stove

Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye Steaks sliced into cubes
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp each of oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
  • 1/3 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 18 oz pack of shelf stable gnocchi

Instructions

  • Slice steaks into cubes and season with olive oil and Montreal Steak seasoning.
  • Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Add seasoned steak cubes to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes. I recommend checking the inside of one of the pieces of steak at 5 minutes and cooking for the additional couple of minutes if needed.
  • In a skillet heat butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and stir continuously.
  • Add the sun dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir together well and let simmer (I lower the heat to about medium low/low).
  • Add one package of gnocchi, cover with a lid, and let cook for 3 minutes or until gnocchi are cooked to your liking.
  • Once gnocchi is tender top with cooked steak, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have an air fryer, I would recommend slicing the steak into thin pieces and cooking it in the skillet with some olive oil. Once the steak is cooked to your liking remove it from the pan and build the sauce.
