Spray a crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken, onion, dry ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and the buffalo sauce to a slow cooker.
Cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred the chicken with two forks or chop it up into cubes. Add the chicken back to the crockpot.
Boil 16 oz of pasta following the directions on the box.
Add a jar of alfredo sauce, more buffalo sauce (only if you want it to have more of a spicy buffalo sauce flavor), Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing to the chicken in the slow cooker.
Add the cooked pasta to slow cooker and mix everything together.
Top with more Parmesan cheese and some dried parsley. Serve and enjoy!
