1tspeach of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
2TBSPminced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Saucejust enough to cover chicken
15ozjar of Alfredo Sauce
1large handful fresh spinach
17.6ozpackage of shelf stable gnocchi
1cupof shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
Add the chicken to the crockpot and season with pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add minced garlic.
Add some garlic Parmesan sauce. I use just enough of the sauce to cover the chicken. You can always add more sauce if needed once everything is cooked.
Add the jar of Alfredo sauce and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Cube or shred the chicken and add it back to the crockpot.
Add the gnocchi (uncooked), spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
Cook on low for 30-40 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
Serve and enjoy! We topped this with Parmesan cheese and it was delicious!

Notes
I usually use Buffalo Wild Wing's Parmesan Garlic sauce for this recipe, but you can use any store bought brand.
