Crockpot Sausage Cheese Dip

This cheese dip is so good and super easy to make!

Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage I use mild country sausage
  • 32 oz Velveeta Queso Blanco
  • 2 cans of Mexican Style Lime & Cilantro Rotel
  • 4 oz diced green chiles

Instructions

  • Brown sausage in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease well on paper towels.
  • Add all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours stirring at least once or twice. Once everything is melted turn the crockpot to warm.

Notes

My favorite Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) to use with this recipe is the Cilantro Lime, but any of the other variations of Rotel are also good in this dip!
