1tspeach of onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and BBQ Rub
1/4tspred pepper flakes
1tbspminced garlic
1small chopped green pepper
1chopped onion
1cupof ketchup
1cupof BBQ sauce
1/4cupof Dijon mustard
2TBSPof A1 Steak sauce
8strips cooked chopped bacon
Instructions
Cook at least 8 strips of bacon however you'd like. My favorite way is in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Line the sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
While the bacon is cooking, chop one small onion and one small green bell pepper.
Once the bacon is cooked chop it into small pieces.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish (or smoker safe dish) with cooking spray and combine all ingredients in the dish. Stir everything together well.
If cooking these on the smoker, smoke at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until they reach the consistency you like. The longer they cook the thicker the consistency should be. If baking in the oven they will also bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or again until they reach the desired consistency.
