Kielbasa Tortellini and Veggies

Kielbasa Tortellini and Veggies is an easy dinner recipe that doesn't take a lot of prep work and can be made in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages kielbasa
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Oil
  • Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning
  • 19 oz bag frozen tortellini
  • Water
  • Italian dressing
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Add a little bit of oil to the griddle with the sliced kielbasa, peppers, and onions. Season the peppers and onions with Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  • Once the kielbasa, peppers, and onions are cooked how you like them add one bag of frozen tortellini to the other side of the griddle. Pour about 1/2 cup of water over the frozen tortellini and cover with a griddle dome. Let cook until the tortellini is tender. After about 4 minutes, add more water if needed to help them cook.
  • Stir together the tortellini, peppers, onions, and kielbasa. Add just enough Italian dressing to coat the tortellini. Stir together well. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a griddle this recipe can easily be made inside on the stove. I would cook the onions, peppers, and kielbasa in a large skillet and boil the tortellini on the stove following the directions on the package. Drain the tortellini, combine everything in the skillet, and top with Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese.
