In a large bowl, mix together 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 small chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, an egg, Italian bread crumbs, ketchup and salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Gently mix together all ingredients with your hands. Form meatloaf mixture into 16 mini slider sized patties. Place them on a wire rack on a baking sheet.
Mix together ketchup, bbq sauce, and mustard. Spread the sauce mixture over the tops of each meatloaf patty.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
Spread mayo or butter on the insides of Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Slider Buns. Toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
Place the mini meatloaf sliders on the toasted slider buns. Top with any of your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
