Cook Time: 15 minutes
Course: Appetizer, Dinner
Cuisine: American

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 9 count slider buns
  • Mayo
  • Parmesan Cheese for topping
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  • Spread mayo on the insides of the slider buns and toast in a skillet over medium heat. Once golden brown remove them from the skillet.
  • Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner and cut into 9 equal pieces. Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat with 2 TBSP of butter and quickly sear chicken in the skillet on both sides. This won’t fully cook the chicken.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and brush on some of the Parmesan Garlic Sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
  • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for a few minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
  • Top cooked chicken with shredded Parmesan cheese. Build sandwiches by adding chicken and lettuce to the buns.
  • Enjoy!
