Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 9 count slider buns
  • Mayo
  • Parmesan Cheese for topping
  • Lettuce

Make the Sliders

Start this recipe by spreading mayo on the insides of the slider buns. I used King’s Hawaiian Sliders for this, but any of your favorite sliders will work!

Toast the insides of the slider buns in a large skillet over medium heat. Once they are golden brown remove them from the pan.

Next, cut the chicken in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Then cut them into 9 slider sized pieces.

Season the chicken with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In the large skillet add 2 tbsp of butter over medium high heat. Once melted, add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Quickly sear the chicken on both sides. This won’t fully cook the chicken.

Remove the skillet from the heat and spread Buffalo Wild Wing’s Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.

Place the skillet in the oven at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.

Serve Parmesan Garlic Chicken Sliders

Once the chicken is fully cooked, it’s time to build the sliders! Top a slider with the Parmesan Garlic chicken, some shredded Parmesan cheese, and lettuce.

These would also be good with some bacon or any of your other favorite slider toppings!

I served these with a chopped salad, but they would be awesome with some homemade potato wedges, fries, or some other appetizers.
