Thousand Island or homemade burger sauce1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 2 TBSP sweet relish
Instructions
Make burger sauce by combining ketchup, mayo, mustard, and sweet relish and set aside.
Form ground beef into 4 patties.
Heat a griddle over medium high heat and add the bacon. Cook until the bacon is done and remove it from the griddle. Spread out the bacon grease and add a bag of crinkle cut fries. Add the sliced onions to the griddle.
Cook the fries in the bacon grease flipping them until the are crispy. Remove the fries from the griddle once they are cooked to your liking.
Next, add the burger patties to the griddle. Season them with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover the patties in yellow mustard. Use a burger smasher with parchment paper to smash the patties.
Once a nice crust has formed flip the burgers over and let finish cooking. Add American cheese to each burger.
Lay out an XL burrito size tortilla. Add burger sauce, a burger patty, grilled onions, a couple of pieces of bacon, fries, more sauce, and shredded lettuce.
Fold the sides up and put the Crunchwrap on the griddle seam side down. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Enjoy!
