1lbground beefseasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
2cupsmarinara or pizza sauce
1tbspminced garlic
1tspItalian seasoning
1/4tspred pepper flakes
Pepperoni
Instructions
Brown one pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Season the ground beef with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain grease from meat.
In a smoker safe dish, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ground beef, marinara, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Smoke on a smoker at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Stir the pizza dip and top with more mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni.
Turn the smoker up to 350 degrees and smoke for another 30 minutes.
Dip breadsticks, crackers, or pita chips in the pizza dip and enjoy!
Notes
This could also be made in the oven. I would bake it at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted, stir, top with more cheese and pepperoni, and bake it until it's bubbly and hot!
