Smoked Pizza Dip

Smoked Pizza Dip has all the delicious flavors of pizza in a dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese + more for topping
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Brown one pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Season the ground beef with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain grease from meat.
  • In a smoker safe dish, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ground beef, marinara, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  • Smoke on a smoker at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Stir the pizza dip and top with more mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni.
  • Turn the smoker up to 350 degrees and smoke for another 30 minutes.
  • Dip breadsticks, crackers, or pita chips in the pizza dip and enjoy!

Notes

This could also be made in the oven. I would bake it at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted, stir, top with more cheese and pepperoni, and bake it until it's bubbly and hot!
