Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This spinach and artichoke dip is an easy dump-and-go appetizer that my family has enjoyed for years. This one doesn't have a lot of time to make, but it's got that perfect creamy texture and it's full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 9 oz frozen spinach fresh chopped spinach is good too
  • 1 12 oz jar of drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts

Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions

  • Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine everything together in a slow cooker and stir it all together.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring at least a couple of times while the cheese melts.
  • Enjoy!

Smoker Instructions

  • Spray a smoker safe baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to the baking dish.
  • Smoke at 250 degrees for 1-2 hours until everything is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Oven Instructions

  • Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to the baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until all the cheese is melted. I like to stir a few times while it bakes. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be made in the crockpot, on the smoker, or in the oven!
