Cut pineapple and all veggies. Chop chicken into cubes and slice the kielbasa into rounds.
Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Add the chicken, kielbasa, all of the veggies and the pineapple.
Season the chicken and veggies with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Smoke on the smoker or bake in an oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until the chicken temps at 165 degrees and the veggies are tender.
Top with Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce and serve over jasmine rice with chopped green onions.
Notes
If you would like to add a little kick of heat I recommend adding smoked paprika and some red pepper flakes.
