Make Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza

To start making this easy recipe, cut 1 lb of chicken breast into small cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Next, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and the cubes of chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

While the chicken is cooking, mix up the pizza crust following the directions on the package. I used two 6.5 oz packages of pizza crust, but suggest using any pizza crust your family likes and following the directions on the package of what you buy.

You just need enough pizza crust to fill a half sheet pan.

Pizza Crust

Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and spread the dough out over the sheet pan. Poke holes in the crust and bake the crust at 475 degrees F for 5-10 minutes.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the heat and add a little bit of the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce. I add just enough to coat the chicken. This sauce can be spicy if you use too much of it. I suggest going light if you haven’t had it before.

The Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese helps balance out any spice making it not spicy.

Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza

Top the pizza crust with some Alfredo sauce. I used about 1 cup of jarred Alfredo sauce, but you could make some homemade if you prefer.

Add a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese, the chicken, and add more mozzarella cheese on top. I like to shred my own mozzarella from a block for a creamier consistency.

Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza

Top with the pizza with some chopped up bacon.

Bake in the oven at 475 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted how you like it.

Serve Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza

Once the pizza is cooked and the cheese is golden brown, top the pizza with dried parsley. Enjoy!
